🍵 Herbal tea to support liver health

For approximately 1 liter of infusion:
2 teaspoons of hawthorn flowers,
2 teaspoons of elderberry leaves,
1 teaspoon of oak bark,
1 liter of water

Boil water.
✔️ Step 2
Place the herbs in an ovenproof pot.
✔️ Step 3
Pour boiling water over the mixture and brew
⏱️ for 10–15 minutes.
✔️ Step 4
Strain the liquid and store it in a tightly closed container.
☀️ How to consume
👉 1 glass a day,
preferably in the morning
on an empty stomach
📅 Duration of treatment:
consume within 30 days
, then take a week’s break.
After the break, the treatment can be continued if necessary and provided that the herbs are well tolerated.
