Each ingredient in this infusion plays a targeted role in cleansing and protecting the kidneys:
1 bunch of fresh parsley (with stems) – A natural diuretic rich in flavonoids and antioxidants

1 stalk of celery (with leaves) – Helps eliminate uric acid and excess sodium.
1 tablespoon of dried horsetail – Traditionally used to strengthen the kidneys and bladder.
1 slice of fresh ginger – Promotes blood circulation and reduces inflammation.
Lemon juice – Adds vitamin C and alkalizes the body. 500
ml of water.
These herbs work together to hydrate, nourish, and purify your body – without putting a strain on your system.
🫖 To prepare this
ancient remedy: Boil 500 ml of filtered water in a
ceramic or stainless steel saucepan. Add parsley, celery, horsetail, and ginger. Simmer
gently for 15 minutes over
low heat. Remove from the heat and strain the liquid into a
clean container. Add lemon juice once it has cooled slightly (to protect the vitamin C).
Sip warm from it, preferably in a ceramic or clay cup for a traditional touch.
This process only takes 20 minutes and yields enough for one serving.
